Annual Tax Lein Sale
The Saguache County annual Tax Lien Sale is held 9:00 a.m. Friday, November 14, 2008 at the county courthouse located at 501 Fourth Street, Saguache, Colorado.
Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m.
and the sale will start at 9:00 a.m.
Individuals or parties interested in purchasing tax liens at the sale may not be present, but must be represented by an agent or representative at the sale. Payment for the tax lien may be made in the form of cash, money order or personal check.
Liens not sold at the sale become County Held Liens. A list of County Held Liens is available to the public and may be obtained by sending a check payable to: Saguache County Treasurer, for $2.00 along with a letter of request.
Assignment amounts change monthly. The amounts may be obtained by calling our office. Five requests are allowed over the telephone or counter. If more than five requests are needed, please FAX your request to us at (719) 655-2617. The information will be returned upon completion.
